The terms that govern your use of this website. They are separate from the agreement that governs an actual staffing engagement.
Acceptance
By using this website, operated by Veltronx, Inc. (“Veltronx”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date below reflects the most recent update.
The site is informational
This website describes Veltronx's staffing services, lets you send an inquiry, and lets you schedule a call. It is not itself a staffing platform, a marketplace, or a system you log into to direct work; it is informational and lead-generation in nature.
No professional advice
Nothing on this website is legal, tax, accounting or engineering advice. Content describing how Veltronx supports estimating, bookkeeping, administrative or coordination work is a description of our services, not advice you should rely on for your own compliance, financial or engineering decisions. Consult your own qualified professionals for those.
Services are governed separately
If you engage Veltronx for staffing services, that engagement is governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement and any accompanying Schedule A, not by this page. Where this page and a signed agreement conflict for an actual client, the signed agreement controls.
No guarantee of results
Example workflows and descriptions on this site are composite scenarios written to show how a role might work; they are not guarantees, projections or commitments about outcomes for your company. Any specific commitments are made only in writing, in a signed proposal or agreement.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and other content on this website belong to Veltronx or its licensors, except where noted. You may view and share pages of this site for your own evaluation of our services; you may not copy, republish or create derivative works from this site's content without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website: no attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, no interfering with the site's operation or security controls, no scraping or automated bulk collection of content, and no submitting a contact or booking form with false information or on another person's behalf without their knowledge.
Third-party links
This site links to and embeds third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling. Those services are operated independently of Veltronx and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review before using them.

This website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veltronx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and does not apply to a separately signed Master Services Agreement, which states its own liability terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
