Cookies

Cookie policy.

Effective date: September 16, 2026

Veltronx uses cookies and similar technologies to operate this website, remember your preferences, and, with your permission, understand website visits and measure marketing performance.

Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. Similar technologies may store information or transmit information about website interactions.

Essential cookies

Essential cookies support necessary website functions and remember your cookie choices. They remain active when you decline optional cookies.

Session cookies expire after a short period of inactivity. Cookie preferences may be retained for up to one year.

Optional cookies

With your permission, we use optional cookies to understand how visitors find and use our website and which marketing sources generate inquiries.

Information involved may include browser or device identifiers, pages visited, referring websites, and campaign information. Optional first-party cookies may remain on your device for up to one year unless removed earlier.

Your choices

Select Accept to allow the optional cookies described above or Decline to keep them disabled. Optional cookies remain disabled until you accept.

You can change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the website footer. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing the website or submitting an inquiry.

Your selection applies to the browser and device you use. You may need to choose again after clearing browser storage or using another browser or device. Where required by applicable law, we also recognize Global Privacy Control as an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising — see our Privacy Policy for how that works.

Scheduling services

We use Calendly for appointment scheduling. When its scheduling service loads, Calendly may receive technical information about your browser or device and use cookies to provide its service.

The scheduler on our booking page loads automatically once you have accepted optional cookies. If you have declined or not yet decided, the page instead shows an Open scheduling page link that opens Calendly’s own website in a new tab, so you can still book a call without the embedded widget loading on our page.

For details, see Calendly’s Privacy Notice.

Browser controls and withdrawal

You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect website functionality.

Changing your choice stops future optional tracking and removes optional cookies within our control. It does not automatically delete information already collected or cookies controlled by another provider, such as Calendly.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy when our website practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.

For information about how we handle personal information, privacy requests, and how to contact us, see our Privacy Policy.
