Veltronx

Services

Thirteen services. One coordinated team around your business.

Accounting, estimating, project coordination, HR, payroll and more: each staffed by construction professionals working alongside AI agents, assigned to your company, trained on your procedures, and working inside your systems under access you grant.

The four roles

Each one is a specialist, not a generalist.

What the role owns, what we need from you, and where the review boundary sits.

  • 01

    Estimating support

A dedicated estimator, backed by AI agents, who works your bid board, not a per-project takeoff shop.

    • Plan and specification review to identify scope, drawing sets, addenda and bid requirements
    • Quantity takeoffs for ductwork, piping, equipment, fixtures, insulation, accessories and labor units, using your takeoff software and your standards
    • Organizing vendor and subcontractor quote requests and tracking responses

You review: Your estimator or owner reviews every takeoff, sets pricing, decides on risk and margin, and submits the bid.

    Estimating support
  • 02

    Accounting & bookkeeping

Bookkeeping capacity that keeps job costs current without adding to the office headcount.

    • Accounts payable: vendor invoice entry, job and cost-code coding, matching to POs, preparing payment runs for approval
    • Accounts receivable: progress billing and invoice preparation from approved schedules of values, statements, collections follow-up
    • Bank and credit-card reconciliations and cleanup of uncategorized transactions

You review: Veltronx staff prepare and record.

  • 03

    Administrative support

An office administrator who keeps the calendar, the inbox and the paperwork moving.

    • Calendar and service scheduling, confirmations and rescheduling
    • Customer follow-up: quotes sent, maintenance agreement renewals, post-service check-ins
    • Inbox triage and drafting routine correspondence for your approval

You review: Veltronx staff execute against your instructions and templates.

    Administrative support
  • 04

    Project coordination

A coordinator who keeps submittals, RFIs and vendor communication logged and moving.

    • Maintaining submittal, RFI, change order and procurement logs in your project management system
    • Requesting, following up and organizing vendor quotes, order confirmations and delivery schedules
    • Preparing pay application backup and compliance documents for your review

You review: Coordinators track, chase and prepare.

Scope

What we do not do.

Being specific about scope is part of being accountable for it.

No construction work

Veltronx does not install, service or inspect mechanical or plumbing systems. Every role is office and back-office work.

No CPA or tax advice

Bookkeeping staff prepare and record. Tax preparation, audit and regulated advice stay with your CPA.

Not a software product

There is no Veltronx platform to buy or learn. Team members work inside the systems you already run.

No per-project estimating

Roles are dedicated team members assigned to your company on a monthly basis, not one-off takeoffs priced per bid.

FAQ

Questions about the services.

More in the full FAQ.

Is this a per-project estimating service?
No. Veltronx assigns a dedicated team member to your company on a monthly basis. They learn your standards and work your bid board continuously, rather than delivering one-off estimates per project.
Is this a CPA or accounting firm?
No. Veltronx provides dedicated bookkeeping support staff who work inside your systems under your review. Tax preparation, audit and regulated advice remain with your CPA.
What does Veltronx actually provide?
A coordinated team built around your business, not a single hire filling one vacancy: construction professionals, including estimators, bookkeepers, administrators and project coordinators, working alongside AI agents that handle repetitive drafting, data entry and first-pass preparation. Team members are Veltronx personnel, supervised by Veltronx, working inside your systems on the tasks and priorities you set, with AI-assisted work always checked and finished by a person before it reaches you.
Who reviews the work?
You do. Veltronx staff prepare takeoffs, entries, documents and follow-ups; your estimator, controller, project manager or owner reviews and approves bids, payments, billings and anything that commits your company. A Veltronx account manager oversees quality on our side.
