Veltronx

Privacy

Privacy policy.

Effective date: September 16, 2026

Veltronx, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses personal information through this website and related inquiries, bookings, and communications. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us or schedule a meeting, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, business email address, phone number, company, service needs, scheduling details, and message. We also receive information you provide in subsequent communications.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, our systems and service providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, access times, and technical logs. With your permission, optional measurement technologies may also collect visitor identifiers, referral sources, campaign information, and website interactions.

Scheduling information. If you book a meeting through Calendly, we receive the booking and contact information associated with your appointment.

Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not submit passwords, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, or sensitive employee or customer records through general website forms.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and discuss requested services.
  • Schedule and manage meetings.
  • Prepare proposals and maintain business communications.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the website.
  • Understand website usage and marketing performance, subject to your cookie choices.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not currently send promotional or marketing emails; submitting an inquiry or booking a call does not enroll you in one. If that changes, any promotional email will include opt-out instructions. We may still send communications necessary to respond to an inquiry or manage an existing business relationship.

How we disclose information

We disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, security, communications, appointment scheduling, and the other functions described in this policy — currently Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and administrator authentication), Resend (transactional email), Calendly (scheduling), Cloudflare Turnstile (form-abuse protection), and, where enabled, Sentry (error monitoring), Google Analytics and Meta. Authorized personnel access information as needed to perform their responsibilities.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and security, prevent fraud, or respond to a lawful request, and in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

We configure our hosting and database providers to store information in the United States. Veltronx’s own team members work offshore, so authorized personnel access this information from outside the United States to respond to your inquiry and deliver requested services. That access is limited to what a role needs, granted on a least-privilege basis, and every team member is bound by written confidentiality obligations before they access any system.

Cookies and tracking choices

We use essential cookies to operate the website and remember your preferences. Optional analytics and attribution technologies — including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, where enabled — remain disabled until you accept them, and, where active, may collect information about your activity over time and on other websites for analytics and advertising-measurement purposes.

You can accept or decline optional cookies through the banner and change your selection through Cookie Settings in the footer. You may also manage cookies through your browser.

For details, see our Cookie Policy.

Where required by applicable law, we recognize Global Privacy Control as an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Ordinary “Do Not Track” browser signals are separate from Global Privacy Control; we do not currently treat them as a substitute for the website’s own cookie controls.

Third-party services embedded in or linked from the website may process information under their own privacy policies. Our use of those services remains subject to our responsibilities under applicable law.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. In practice: inquiry records are anonymized 36 months after creation (identifying details such as name, email, phone and notes are removed, while non-identifying pipeline history may be kept in aggregate); funnel telemetry, attribution records and webhook logs are purged 13 months after creation; and administrative audit logs of actions taken on our own systems are retained longer, for security and accountability. Browser-cookie expiration periods may differ from these retention periods for information already received by our systems — see the Cookie Policy for cookie-specific durations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, database access restricted to authenticated, allow-listed administrators (with multi-factor authentication where enrolled), and least-privilege access to your own systems if you become a client. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy choices

We do not sell personal information, and no advertising or analytics technology is active on this site today unless you have accepted optional cookies. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you.

Depending on your location and the laws applicable to our processing, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy of certain information, opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, or appeal a decision about a privacy request. We have not independently verified whether a specific comprehensive state privacy law applies to Veltronx’s current size and activities; regardless, we will honor a request made under this section the same way for every visitor who asks. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority before fulfilling certain requests, and some information may be retained where legally permitted or required. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

External services

Our website may link to or incorporate services operated by third parties, including Calendly. Information you provide directly to those services is also governed by their privacy notices.

You can review Calendly’s Privacy Notice at calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.

Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date and provide additional notice where required by law.
