How the work moves

From your inbox to your review queue, in your tools.

AI agents handle the repetitive first pass; your team member directs and finishes it. The last step is always yours.

How a dedicated estimator supports a bid, from drawing set to your review.

  1. Step 1

    Plans received

Drawing set, specs and addenda logged; bid due date on the board.

  2. Step 2

    Takeoff support

Quantities counted in your takeoff software; drawings marked up.

  3. Step 3

    Scope & pricing prep

Estimate workbook populated in your template; vendor quotes requested.

  4. Step 4

    Contractor review

Your estimator prices, sets margin and submits. Nothing goes out without it.

Built for MEP, and beyond

Larger and growing MEP contractors are our focus. Heavy back offices are our business.

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors carry the densest paperwork in the trades. That’s where we started. Other administration-heavy, growing businesses with a substantial back-office workload fit the same model.

Also built for

General contractors & construction

Job costing, submittal logs and back-office support beyond MEP trades.

Home services

Scheduling, dispatch, customer follow-up and billing for high-volume service operations.

Specialty trade services

Estimating and administrative support for any specialty trade with paperwork-heavy bids.

Warehousing & distribution

Purchase orders, vendor follow-up, inventory reconciliation and reporting.

Manufacturing

AP/AR, job costing and reporting for production-driven back offices.

Real estate

Tenant and vendor communication, lease administration and invoice processing.

Field services

Dispatch, scheduling and administrative support for teams working across job sites.

Professional services

Billing, client follow-up and general administrative support.

Onboarding and supervision

Productive in five to seven business days.

A named account manager, access on your terms, and a weekly report from week one.

See the full process

Supervision

Veltronx supervises how the work is performed; you direct tasks, priorities and deliverables.

Confidentiality

Every assigned team member is bound by written confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations covering your information.

Continuity

If an assigned team member becomes unavailable or is not the right fit, Veltronx provides a qualified replacement at no additional onboarding cost and manages the handover.

Pricing approach

Quoted per role, after a discovery call.

One monthly fee per dedicated team member, billed in advance, month to month. The exact fee depends on the role, experience and hours.

  • Role and specialization

Estimating roles that require plan reading and trade knowledge are scoped differently from general administrative roles.

  • Experience level

Whether the role needs an experienced estimator or bookkeeper, or a capable coordinator trained on your procedures.

  • Hours and time-zone overlap

Full-time or part-time coverage, and how many hours must overlap with your office day.

How a role ramps up

Independent work by week two.

A typical estimator engagement, start to finish.

  • Week 1

Shadows live bids; learns your template and labor-unit library.

  • Weeks 2–3

First-pass takeoffs on smaller bids, reviewed and corrected.

  • Week 4

Independent, checked takeoffs; your estimator shifts to pricing and risk.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers before the call.

More on the FAQ page.

What does Veltronx actually provide?
A coordinated team built around your business, not a single hire filling one vacancy: construction professionals, including estimators, bookkeepers, administrators and project coordinators, working alongside AI agents that handle repetitive drafting, data entry and first-pass preparation. Team members are Veltronx personnel, supervised by Veltronx, working inside your systems on the tasks and priorities you set, with AI-assisted work always checked and finished by a person before it reaches you.
Where are the team members based?
Offshore. Working hours are agreed in your Schedule A so the hours that matter overlap with your office day, and handoffs for anything outside that window are written down.
Who reviews the work?
You do. Veltronx staff prepare takeoffs, entries, documents and follow-ups; your estimator, controller, project manager or owner reviews and approves bids, payments, billings and anything that commits your company. A Veltronx account manager oversees quality on our side.
How is pricing structured?
One recurring monthly fee per dedicated team member, billed monthly in advance, on a month-to-month term with 30 days' notice. The fee depends on role complexity, experience level and hours: see the pricing page for what determines the number, and request a proposal for a figure.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically five to seven business days from signed agreement to a productive team member: account manager assigned, role matched, least-privilege access set up by you, then training and shadowing on your procedures. Full productivity is targeted in week two.
What happens if the team member is not the right fit?
Veltronx provides a qualified replacement at no additional onboarding cost and manages the handover. Either party can also remove a team member or end the engagement with 30 days' written notice.
