Veltronx

Careers

Offshore roles supporting U.S. businesses.

Veltronx assigns dedicated offshore team members to U.S. companies (MEP contractors first, plus construction, home services and other operationally heavy businesses) for estimating, accounting and bookkeeping, administrative support, dispatch and coordination, customer service, data entry and scheduling. This is a long-term working relationship with one company, not a stream of one-off gigs.

What the work is like

One company, one role, learned properly.

Long-term, dedicated assignments

You are assigned to one contractor's team, not rotated across accounts. You learn their systems, their standards and their people, and stay for the long run.

Written English, every day

Almost all of the work happens in writing: email, chat, documents and your project or accounting systems. Clear written English is the core skill, not an extra.

Hours aligned to your client

Working hours are set in the role's scope so the overlap that matters lines up with a U.S. office day.

Real procedures and training

You are trained on the contractor's actual templates, standards and software during onboarding, with shadowing before you work independently.

Who we are looking for

Traits that matter more than a specific resume line.

  • Strong written English: most of the work happens in writing, in your systems
  • Proactive follow-up: chasing an answer rather than waiting for one
  • Comfortable learning new tools and the specific workflow of the company you support
  • Reliable and self-managed, working independently once trained
  • Looking for long-term, stable work, not a short-term or project-based assignment

Open roles

Roles open as client engagements are scoped.

Veltronx does not keep a standing list of numbered vacancies. Roles open when a contractor signs on and a Schedule A is scoped for a specific position. We regularly hire for these areas:

  • Construction administration
  • Accounting and bookkeeping
  • Mechanical and electrical estimating
  • General administration
  • Dispatch coordination

This list describes the kind of work we regularly staff, not a set of current vacancies. Express interest below and we will contact you if a matching role opens.

Express interest

Send your background by email.

There is no resume upload on this site. Email your background and the area you are interested in, and we will keep it on file for when a matching role is scoped.

Email contact@veltronx.com with the subject line “Expression of interest: Veltronx”, the area you are interested in, and a short summary of your experience.

FAQ

Questions applicants ask.

Where are roles based?
Roles are offshore. You work as a Veltronx team member, assigned to support a specific U.S. company.
Are the roles remote?
Yes. All roles are fully remote: you work from your own location using your own equipment and a stable internet connection.
How does selection work?
It starts with a written application by email. Candidates who fit the role are invited to an interview and a skills assessment relevant to that specific role.
