Why Veltronx exists
Estimating. Project administration. Accounting. Payroll. Revenue follow-up. In construction and MEP operations, these are exactly the functions that turn into growth bottlenecks.
Veltronx was built around that fact, not around a generic seat-filling model. A coordinated Veltronx team, built around your business, workflows and systems, not a single seat filling one vacancy. Estimating and preconstruction, project coordination, accounting and bookkeeping, payroll administration, and revenue operations are the functions we assign people and AI agents to, because those are the ones that stretch thinnest as a contractor takes on more work.
Our primary focus is larger and growing MEP contractors. We also support other administration-heavy, growing businesses with a substantial back-office workload, where the same pattern of growth outpacing the office shows up outside construction.
How the team works
Construction professionals and AI agents, inside your systems.
Construction professionals work alongside AI agents inside the same reviewed workflow: the AI agents handle repetitive drafting, data entry and first-pass preparation, and your dedicated team member directs, checks and finishes the work before it reaches you.
AI-assisted work is prepared, not approved. The same review boundary that applies to every Veltronx role applies here: your team, not an algorithm, makes the judgment calls, and nothing reaches you without a person having looked at it first.
The team itself is based offshore, working for clients in the United States. Veltronx remains the direct employer and supervisor of every person assigned to your business; access to your systems is granted by you, on a least-privilege basis, and can be revoked at any time.
What Veltronx is
A staffing partner, not a stand-in for your license or your CPA.
Veltronx has one job: put a trained, supervised, accountable person into your office, working in your systems. It stops there.
What we are
- A back-office team-building company that puts a coordinated Veltronx team, construction professionals working alongside AI agents, around your business
- The direct employer and supervisor of the people we assign: they are Veltronx personnel, not a loose network of freelancers
- Accountable through a named account manager, a weekly report, and a written confidentiality obligation on every assigned staff member
What we are not
- Not a contractor: your licensed contractor remains responsible for the work a license covers. We do not bid, perform or supervise construction work
- Not a software product: there is no platform to buy or implement; a person does the work inside the systems you already run
- Not a CPA firm: our staff prepare and record; your CPA or controller remains responsible for tax positions, audit, assurance and signed financial statements
- Not a generic virtual-assistant marketplace: team members are matched to a scoped role, trained on your procedures and supervised by Veltronx, not simply made available by the hour
How we operate
Supervised, not staffed
Veltronx is the direct employer and supervisor of every person assigned to your business. They are Veltronx personnel working under Veltronx oversight, not freelancers pulled from a marketplace.
Prepared, not approved
AI-assisted work is prepared, not approved. The same review boundary that applies to every Veltronx role applies here: your team, not an algorithm, makes the judgment calls, and nothing reaches you without a person having looked at it first.
Accountable, not anonymous
A named account manager oversees quality from day one, and every placement reports completed work, work in progress and blockers in writing, every week.
Built around you, not a listing
Team members are matched to a scoped role, trained on your procedures and supervised by Veltronx, rather than simply made available by the hour.
Training and supervision
Nobody works independently on day one.
Every placement follows the same sequence, drawn directly from the onboarding process every client goes through, before a team member reports and works without direct oversight.
Secure access
Days 2–3You grant least-privilege access to the systems the team member will use, through your own accounts, with multi-factor authentication where available. Credentials go through a password manager, never email.
Training and shadowing
Days 3–5The team member learns your procedures, templates and standards, shadowing live work with feedback from your reviewer. Procedures are written down as they go.
Independent work with weekly reporting
Week 2 onwardThe team member works independently within the review boundaries you set. A weekly report covers completed work, work in progress, hours by area, blockers and next-week priorities. Your account manager stays one message away.
How we work
Terms that are written down before anyone starts.
These are the terms of the Master Services Agreement every client signs, not a sales pitch. They are the same for every engagement.
- Billing
- Priced per dedicated team member as a recurring monthly fee, billed monthly in advance.
- Term
- Month-to-month. Either party can end the engagement, or remove a team member, with 30 days of written notice.
- Supervision
- Veltronx supervises how the work is performed; you direct tasks, priorities and deliverables.
- Confidentiality
- Every assigned team member is bound by written confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations covering your information.
- Access
- You grant access to your own systems on a least-privilege basis, through your own accounts, and can revoke it at any time.
- Reporting
- A weekly report covers completed work, work in progress, hours by area, blockers and next-week priorities.
- Replacement
- If an assigned team member becomes unavailable or is not the right fit, Veltronx provides a qualified replacement at no additional onboarding cost and manages the handover.
- Onboarding
- Onboarding typically takes five to seven business days from signed agreement to a productive team member, with full productivity targeted in week two.
- Account manager
- A single Veltronx point of contact oversees quality and keeps the engagement on track.
Accountability
Who to call, and what happens if a placement is not working.
Account manager
A single Veltronx point of contact is assigned on day one, oversees quality on our side, and is who you escalate to.
Weekly report
Every placement reports completed work, work in progress, hours by area, blockers and next-week priorities, in writing, every week.
Written NDA
Every assigned team member signs written confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations covering your information before they touch your systems.
Replacement
If a team member is not the right fit or becomes unavailable, Veltronx provides a qualified replacement at no additional onboarding cost and manages the handover.
Who we focus on
Larger and growing MEP contractors.
Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing contractors carry some of the densest back-office load in the trades: dense drawing sets, long procurement chains and compliance calendars that do not slip. As bid volume and project count grow, the administrative load grows with them, usually faster than an in-house office can absorb.
Who else fits
Other admin-heavy, growing businesses.
Other administration-heavy, growing businesses with a substantial back-office workload. Veltronx is not a generic staffing marketplace for any employer; construction is the core of what we do, and the same team-building model carries over to operations with a comparable back-office load.
